Some people don't like to critique others' work, either because they don't know much about that style or don't want to hurt the artist's feelings.

I have the same problems myself, but I still try to give some feedback on things I notice....... Politely of course.
Hope you don't take anything I say badly, it's not meant to be. :)

I would love for people to tell me good and bads of my pictures. i know a lot of obvious things but. .. I love to be told someone is at least looking at one pic or another. Sigh.
